EMORY’S LEXICON OF SUSTAINABLE FOOD

This past year (2016-2017), Slow Food Emory received a grant from the Office of Sustainability Initiatives to create an “Emory Specific Lexicon of Sustainability” of ten photos, pictured below.

This photo series explores Emory’s Sustainable Food Commitments and Emory’s Sustainability Vision for 2025, and is mirrored off of the Lexicon of Sustainability.

Thank you to the Office of Sustainability Initiatives, The Emory Report, Emory Dining, Daniel Parsons, Samantha Lenard, Chad Sunstein, Hilary Brooks King, Taylor Spicer, Slow Food Atlanta, The Lexicon of Sustainability, and the Slow Food Emory team for making this vision a reality!

Slow Food Emory showcases these grant images at events throughout the school year, as well as with other student groups such as the Goizueta Energy and Environment Group, The Sustainable Food Fair at Emory, and the 1836 Dinners.
